Procedures - Quotations
Procedure for quotation is very simple. You may
send us an Email and attach a sample or two drawings
which typically represent the project. Let us know
scope of the work, volume of the project and time
frame for completion.
You may mention a price which you are looking for
without any concern and possibly we may offer lesser
rates than your expectations. It will certainly
save valuable time and communications.
On receipt of the samples we send you a confirmation
of the receipt. We review the samples / project
details and immediately we send you a firm quotation,
mostly within couple of hours. If requested, we
deliver the completed samples as per the instructions,
if any, within fastest possible time for your evaluation.
We await your confirmation of acceptance of the
rates. We await your purchase order and the project
work to be delivered to us. We enter into "Non Disclosure
/ Confidentiality" agreement if required in the
mean time.
On receipt of the purchase order and project material
we begin the work.

Procedures - Projects
General procedure
for the projects is briefly described below.
The project material may be sent by courier, email
or uploaded to our FTP site. We also request for
specific instructions or standards to be followed
for the production work.
On receipt of the project material we inspect and
review the documents / drawings. If required we
may get a clarification from the client for any
queries from our side. We prepare a project worksheet
with drawing details, time estimation for each of
the document, assigned CAD engineer delivery date
etc. Project worksheet is sent to the client for
approval / suggestions.
On confirmation, we begin production. Project worksheet
is updated daily and sent to the client along with
progress reports. Completed work is sent to the
client on daily / weekly basis as required.
On completion of the project and final delivery
we await final acceptance from the client. There
is four weeks guarantee for all the work completed.
If requested we can transfer the complete project
work on a CDR and send to the client.
For large and long-going projects we may request
bi-monthly payments and for small projects payment
is on completion.
