Ready to use:
Frameworks are our "pre-fabricated" ready-to-use modules of popular workflow systems that we have developed over many years. These are tested and proven workflow solutions like Time Sheet Management, IT Help Desk, Stationery management, Visitor Appointments, Holiday home booking etc. These 20-odd applications are designed to gave a jump-start to organisation to implement common and popular applications. These applications are usually not specific to any industry or section, but would need to be "customised" to a brief extent for successful implementation.

Why Framworks:
These "Ready-to-Use" modules provide a jump start to end user organizations. With minimum customization they cut short the delivery cycle time. Additional, the Frameworks give useful insight on how software business processes are "handled" in other organizations.

Need for customization:
While Frameworks are fully functional self contained modules, their success in an organization is usually achieved with a minimum of customization. The nature of these business functions has an element of 'adaptability' so common to workflow (Something inherent in most modules). Past experience has indicated these customizations to be one - two man months of efforts. These customizations could be a change in user interface, add or remove a couple of data elements and in some cases inclusion of customer - specific reports.

Visitor Appointment
Enables employees to register appointments that become visible at the gate on the day of appointment. Facility to check in and print visitor's pass. Facility to check out when the visitor leaves.

Document Management
Allows employees to store documents, specify viewers who can see the document and a validity date. The document is published after approval by Dept. Head. Facility to perform full text search is available.

Bulletin Board
A central location for publishing news / notices by employees. The approval of the Dept. Head is required. Facility to perform full text search is available. More Details

Review Magazine
Allows publishing of periodic magazine / newsletter by authorised employees in an electronic format. 5 templates are available for placing text and pictures in different ways. Option to attach files is available. Facility to perform full text search is available.

Suggestion Box
Motivates employees to give suggestions. Also, enables invitation of suggestions on a topic/problem. Suggestion approval and award feature is available. Facility to perform full text search is available.

Gate Pass
Exit pass to be given to visitors / employees for carrying items belonging to the company out of company premises. Items are checked out at the gate by security. Provision for tracking returnable items can be added on request.

Payment Voucher
A single system available to all employees for submitting expenses incurred on the company's behalf. Provision to select relevant account code and debit code. Auto calculation of TDS and WCT available. Payment by cash or cheque.

IOU
A temporary instrument for recording advance taken by employees from the company. Approval is required. Cashier pays the advance and closes the IOU when the amount is returned.

Holiday Home Booking
Enables employees to apply for staying in a company provided holiday home giving suitable date slot options. Allocation of holiday homes is done by a coordinator. Provision to auto generate fresh slots at the start of a year.

Permission for Contract Work
A gate pass for allowing contractors' employees within company premises for a limited period. The permission is visible at gate for the relevant time period.

Preventive Maintenance
A central system for scheduling maintenance of machine equipment. The system sends reminders to concerned maintenance personnel before a schedule is due.

Leave Management
Enables employees to apply for leave, obtain necessary approvals and revoke unutilised approved leaves. A leave log is maintained for each employee. The system sends mail messages to approvers and employees when an action is performed on the leave application.

Issue Tracking
An excellent application that enables employees to air their grievances and seek resolution of issues in a formal manner. Resolution of an issue is the responsibility of the designated PRO for the concerned department. Facility to assign issues, record interim and final replies.

Project Management
Useful for managing software projects. Ability to breakdown projects into modules and modules into tasks. Assignment of tasks to team members possible. Tracking of individual performance can be done. Additionally, ability to store project related documents and important information. More Details

IT Helpdesk
An application that enables employees to log IT related calls. These are monitored centrally and assigned to engineers. Ability to record engineer's comments. Ability to escalate calls if not resolved within stipulated time period. More Details

Alarm System
A compliance management system that enables assignment of one time as well as repetitive tasks to team members. Ability to send mails as specified for reminding pending tasks and also before a task is due. More Details

Time Sheet Management
A time and cost management system that records time spent by employees project-wise. Ability to generate reports to calculate project-wise cost, cost center-wise cost etc. More Details

Stationery Management
Enables easy management of procurement and inventory of stationery items. Auto generates monthly requirements. Provision to specify adhoc requirements. Reminders if requirements are not entered before x day of each month. Generates numerous MIS reports. Runs on a web as well as Notes client interface. More Details

Vendor Registration
A cental database for registering vendors and items supplied by each vendor. Provision to delist, blacklist and re-list vendors.

Travel Plan and Expenses
Enables marketing staff to enter market visits in advance. Also allows them to enter conveyance expenses. Cashier pays the expenses after approval by Department Head.
