Alarm System
Alarm System is an electronic (web-based) compliance
reports Reminder System that would be shared by all
on your network. This application serves as an early-warning
system?(via mail trigger) to the person responsible
for an "action" or to the escalators (one or more)
if required.
Often many of us have been caught on the eleventh
hour to submit a compliance report that is critical.Have
we not wished there was a system that would inform
us (in advance) of such an upcoming deadline. Would
it not be desirable if you were the boss, to know
that your subordinate has not yet submitted the report
(also in advance). And finally , would you not like
to know at the end of year at what efficiency did
your subordinates do their job?The answer to all the

days before or after a report is due that a mail
reminder should be sent.

Maintains log of when the task was "done" for
all cycles of the task.
- Calender
Generates a weekly and monthly calender of all
the tasks.
- Reports
Generates a report of all the overdue tasks not
yet done. Accidentally, generates a report of
the performance of the individual for a given
task.
