news on the Intranet. This can range from general
news to department notices.
This collaborative application is a favorite for hosting
current news consisting of text and graphics. You
can also attach electronic files.
This is how Bulletin Board works
Suppose an employee gets hold of important news and
wants it to be posted on the Intranet. He or she enters
the information in NewsCenter, attaches files and
images and sends it for the Department Head�s approval.
The Department Head approves or rejects the request.
If approved, the news is published on NewsCenter and
becomes visible to all employees. The same is archived
after 1 week.

Pre-requisites:
You need Lotus Domino Server Release 5 or above
with http server enabled to run Bulletin Board and
