Time Sheet Management
Time Sheet Management is an excellent web based tool
to record and monitor the tasks done by executives
(resources) in different projects.
The software has an approval workflow that culminates
into cost allocations.
The application has the ability to create a batch
of activities. The activities themselves may be productive
or non-productive.
The allocation of costs may be done on a standard
costing or on actual basis.

This enable users access WAN (and via internet)
to update their Time Sheets.
- Restricted
Access
Access to Time Sheets is via Login. There is a
special feature to enable assistants to log in
on behalf of their superiors. A role of Admin
gives access to everyone's Time Sheets.
- Role-based
The Administrator can setup who from the hosting
organization can perform the functions of Help
Desk Operator, Help Desk Admin, Help Desk User
and Help Desk Manager. Based on the role the logged
user can view and perform related tasks.
- Configurable
The application has a number of setup parameters
that cater to different organizations like task
types and project names.
- Reports
The software generates numerous reports based
on a person, tasks and projects on a monthly and
YTD basis.
